Two poachers arrested
\nOur “Eye in the Sky” aerial surveillance has discovered eleven rhino carcasses in the greater Kruger Park area in the last two months. A number that is shocking. On the positive side, these sightings by pilot Bruce McDonald have enabled the ground teams (including our K9 unit “Dogs4Rhinos”) to respond immediately. Two poachers were apprehended as a result.
\nThe surveillance also led to a rhino orphan being rescued and relocated to a safe place.
