Storms, rain, and sunshine—our summer event had it all when it came to the weather. But one thing remained the same all evening: the fantastic atmosphere!

A heartfelt thank you to all our guests, some of whom arrived soaking wet but didn't let that dampen their spirits. Thanks to you, the evening turned into an unforgettable event full of wonderful encounters, engaging conversations, and great entertainment.

Theresa Sowry, CEO of the Southern African Wildlife College, captivated the audience with an impressive film about the projects of Friends of African Wildlife and their impact at the college. With her passionate, authentic, and humorous commentary, she provided fascinating insights into the college's work. Particularly touching were the heartfelt testimonials from the students and instructors, who warmly thanked us for our support.

Another highlight of the evening was the grand raffle, featuring numerous attractive prizes. The lucky winners were delighted to receive fantastic gifts and gift certificates:

The raffle was the grand finale of an all-around successful evening and once again generated a lot of excitement.

Thanks to your wonderful support, we were able to raise over CHF 38,000 again this year. This amount goes directly to the Southern African Wildlife College's projects. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, as well as to those who donated even though they couldn't attend the event in person. None of this would be possible without you!

As a parting gift, each guest was able to take home a lovingly handcrafted soy candle. Its scent captures the essence of the African bush and is meant to serve as a lasting reminder of this special evening.
